Pepper Steak

1 tbsp Paprika
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 1/2 lb Sirloin steak (1/2 inches strips)
2 each Garlic cloves, crushed
1 cup Sliced onions
2 each Bell peppers, sliced
2 large Tomatoes, diced
1/4 cup Water
1 cup Beef broth
2 tbsp Cornstarch

  • Season steak with paprika and rest at room temperature while preparing remaining ingredients.
  • Sautee crushed garlic, add steak, and brown gently. Careful not to burn the garlic.
  • Add sliced onions, bell peppers and continue to cook until vegetables are wilted.
